- Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging intact.
- Claim of damaged products must be issued the same day of receiving item.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods, such as food and goods with expiration dates within 30 days of the return request.
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items not purchased directly from 961Brand.
- Return Process:

- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package being returned.
- Ship the product back to 961Brand at the address provided by our customer service team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damage, defect or error on our part.
- Inspection and Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
